Sound Sites is a web development and design business based in Queensland, Australia. We provide one-off and ongoing services including:

• Website design and development (Wix-based)

• Logo design and branding packages

• Email marketing setup and automation (Klaviyo and others)

We display base pricing on our website to provide transparency. Final quotes may vary depending on your needs, including bundled services, add-ons, or custom builds. All clients must sign a formal agreement before work begins.

• A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your project.

• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files are handed over.

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Payments must be made via the method and schedule outlined in your client agreement.

• Upon full payment, you will own all final deliverables, including logos, branding files, and website content created for you.

• Sound Sites retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media. You may opt out by notifying us in writing.

• For websites built on Wix, ownership is transferred after final payment. By default, Sound Sites will retain co-ownership access for potential future support unless you request full ownership removal.

• Clients are responsible for purchasing and upgrading to a Wix Premium Plan to connect their domain and activate full hosting functionality.

• Once the site is transferred over Sound Sites is not liable for any platform-related issues, third-party software conflicts, or user changes that may affect performance or functionality.

We offer one-off and recurring email marketing packages. Ongoing services will be outlined clearly in your individual client agreement, including scope, timelines, and billing terms.

• All content on this website (including text, images, branding, designs, and layouts) is the property of Sound Sites unless otherwise credited.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any material from this website without express written permission.

While we take care to deliver high-quality, functional work, Sound Sites is not responsible for:

• Issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., Wix outages, plugin failures)

• Downtime or hosting issues after website handover

• Client misuse or unauthorised modifications to the site

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the resupply of the services or a refund at our discretion.

​These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian consumer law.
